CHOCOLATE CREPES WITH STRAWBERRIES

CHOCOLATE CREPES WITH STRAWBERRIES 
Ingredients:
¾ cup milk
¼ cup of water
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose wheat flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp melted butter
¼ cup white sugar
For the filling:
2 cups of strawberries cut into slices
Chocolate or strawberry syrup
Preparation:
1. Pour the milk, butter, water, eggs, flour, cocoa powder and sugar into the blender jar in the order listed.
2. Beat until all the ingredients are completely integrated.
3. Heat a crepe griddle or lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Pour in about ½ cup of batter.
5. Cook for 1 minute, flip and cook for another 30 seconds,
6. Serve.
