THREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Ingredients
3/4 of a package of normal cookies, type Maria
3 tablespoons of margarine
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
150 g dark chocolate
150 g milk chocolate
150 g white chocolate
3 envelopes of curd
600 ml whipping cream
600 ml whole milk
sugar
Preparation
For the cookie base:
1. We put the margarine in the microwave until it dissolves, it does not have to be completely liquid, just a little melted. Add the cocoa powder and the ground biscuit, which we can grind in the blender. We mix everything and put it as a base in a removable container. Put it in the refrigerator.

4. Repeat the previous step but now with the dark chocolate:
5. In a saucepan we heat the third of these parts, when the first boil is added the chopped dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of sugar, stir well with a whisk and let it come to a boil again and pour slowly over the mold that we had in the refrigerator Let cool in the refrigerator.
