STRAWBERRY ICE

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM CAKE 😋
INGREDIENTS
250 g of strawberries
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
300 ml whipped cream
125 g strawberry yogurt
METHOD
In the pan over low heat cook the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and let it cool down.
Put the sliced strawberries in the pan.
Mix the soft strawberries, yogurt and whipped cream.
Pour into the pan and freeze for 3 hours.

Hello, here is my new cake for this week. Strawberrie sauce inside,  vanilla bean sponge cake, vanilla sirop, buttercream with Strawberrie flavor, white chocolate decorations with gold and pink dust on molds, gold drip (I found a recipe on internet : confectioner sugar, gold dust and lemon extra...I think I messed up the recipe ahaha ). I don't want to use alcohol for the gold drip or decorations, ans lemon don't give the shine I want, so I use lemon extra or mango extra. If you have another way please share!
