For the Cake:

- ▢3 cups packed light brown sugar (660g)
- ▢1½ cups unsalted butter (340g)
- ▢½ cup whole milk (120ml)
- ▢½ cup heavy cream (120ml)
- ▢¾ teaspoon salt
- ▢1½ cups confectioners’ sugar (180g)
Instructions
For the Cake:
