Refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip Oreo Bars

Ingredients:
1 box chocolate brownie mix (plus ingredients needed to make brownies)
2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup hot fudge sauce
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Whole Oreos for topping
Additional chocolate chips for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.

Bake the brownies as directed on the package, then let them cool completely.
Once cooled, spread the mint chocolate chip ice cream evenly over the brownie layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed Oreos on top. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
In a small saucepan, heat the hot fudge sauce until warm. Drizzle the hot fudge over the ice cream layer.
In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar and a tablespoon ofmint chocolate chip ice cream stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the top of the dessert.
Garnish with whole Oreos, additional chocolate chips, and a final drizzle of hot fudge sauce. Freeze for an additional hour before serving.
